FSA and AIMA Japan meeting, granted on an "off the record" basis.
At 5:00 p.m., two representatives of AIMA Japan (together with counsel) visited representatives of the FSA (two Deputy Directors of the Securities Bureau in charge of securities firms and investment funds attended together with a Bank of Japan observer) to discuss recent press reports concerning the intention of the FSA to require reporting by offshore hedge fund advisors active in the Tokyo market...
